Intelligence focus

Intelligence focus is where the student's core intelligence and flair is identified. The famous Multiple Intelligence Theory, developed by Howard Gardner describes an "array" of different kinds of "intelligences" exhibited by human beings. Gardner suggests that each individual manifests varying levels of these different intelligences, and thus each person has a unique "cognitive profile." Every person can be intelligent, if his/her intelligence is identified, developed and implemented. Intelligence focus zooms up on this.

Inspirational Focus

Inspiration focus is understanding the dreams of the children and giving them the needed drive to follow their dreams. At Niraj International School, we encourage and motivate children to dream and work towards converting their dreams into tangible realities.

Individual focus

Individual focus is about personalized attention to students, toward which the first key measure we take is to limit the number of students per class. It fosters a transparent and harmonious relationship between the teacher and the students. This also teaches the children the significance of individual focus, and they show empathy, compassion and respect towards the needs and feelings of others. They have a personal commitment to service, and act to make a positive difference to the lives of others and to the environment.
