CIE is the world's leading provider of International Qualifications, both academic and vocational, which they have designed to develop successful students worldwide. CIE qualifications are available in over 150 countries and are recognized worldwide.

The International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) is the world's most popular international qualification for 14-16 year olds. It is equivalent to class X in India and is recognized by universities worldwide.


Path at NIS

At Niraj International School we plan to start with the IB PYP in the initial year, then move on to MYP and finally the coveted Diploma Programme. Since the MYP does not have an examination-based certificate, most international schools make their students take the IGCSE examination at the end of year 10. We plan to take the same path at Niraj International School. The path a student in our school will follow is shown below:
